
Kim Gwydir - Owner and Lead Instructor
Kim Gwydir was the Head Softball Coach at Florida International for 10 years. In that time she took the Golden Panthers to National Top 25 rankings and a regional appearance. Her teams were always known for outstanding pitching. Her pitching students have included young ladies who have gone on to play in the US and Canadian National Team Programs including a USA Gold Medal winner. During her time at FIU, Kim had many pitchers receive All - Conference honors. Coach Gwydir also has received 4 Coach of the Year Awards and is a sought after clinician in the areas of pitching and hitting. In 2003, Coach Gwydir was elected to the Suffolk County (NY) Sports Hall of Fame.
Currently, Kim is working with the Gold Coast Hurricanes Junior Olympic Organization whose 18 and under Gold Team captured the ASA Championship in 2008 after finishing 3rd in 2007. Kim also assists with the pitching of the 16 and under team who finished 17th at ASA Nationals in 2007.
